Who we are and what we do
Who is providing this notice? SmartFinFlow (dba SmartFinFlow). To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards and secured files. We collect your personal information when you submit a loan request, provide contact information, or request help obtaining a loan, and from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates or other companies. Federal law gives you the right to limit sharing for affiliates' use of your creditworthiness information and affiliate/nonaffiliate marketing; state laws may give you additional rights. If you hold an account jointly with someone else, your sharing choices apply to everyone on that account.
Definitions
Affiliates: companies related by common ownership or control (financial or nonfinancial). Nonaffiliates: companies not related by common ownership or control. Joint marketing: a formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies to jointly market products or services to you.
