Rates & Fees
Last updated: 2026-08-04
Using SmartFinFlow is always free. SmartFinFlow is not a lender and does not set or collect any interest, rate or fee, those are set entirely by the lender you're matched with, and they're required to disclose them to you in full before you accept anything.
Full Disclosure of Terms
The Truth in Lending Act requires full disclosure of all loan fees and interest rates before you accept a loan. Most lenders will direct you to an e-signature page to complete the process once you accept, take the time to read the agreement fully before signing.
Late Payment & Non-Payment
Lenders may have different policies regarding late or missed payments, and additional fees may apply. Review your specific loan agreement's late-payment and collections terms before signing, and check your state's rules, since these vary significantly by state.
Renewals and Rollovers
Where rollovers are permitted by state law, additional interest and fees can add up quickly, these should generally be avoided where possible. Review your lender's specific renewal terms, and your state's rules on rollovers, before agreeing to renew a loan.
